Well I have not written much about Alacia being in the hospital. She got sick right before Halloween and had a fever for 6 days and just was not getting better. I had her in to the Dr. 2 times and they tested her for the flu 2 times and it came back negative both times. Thursday November 4, 2009 I laid down by her and just kept praying that I would know what to do because she was not getting better and we started antibiotics.  The thought came to me to get my stethoscope and listen to her.  All I could hear was the little breaths she was taking. So I called a friend and her husband is our pediatrician. He came over to our house and told us to go to the hospital and get an x-ray. He stayed with Alee and Adri until Ashlynn could get home from school. (WOW what DR. does that?)Well we get there she gets her x-ray and ends up having to get her plural cavity drined and they got 3 oz of fluid out. We ended up getting admitted. It took them 15 pokes to finally get the IV in because she was so dehydrated, and she was put on oxygen and we were hoping to only be there over night! Well we can always hope.  On Monday we got transfered to Primary Childrens Hospital and she got a chest tube and a pic line put in. It was so nice because she didn't have to be poked any more...  Well she drained over a liter of fluid off her lung, had a feeding tub and just was so sick. On Sunday they announced that she was sick in the hospital and asked that the ward pray for her. It was so awesome the next day they took her chest tube out and that evening we took her feeding tube out. She made an amazing turn around. I know that the Lord answered all of our prayers.  I know that so many other people were praying for her too.  We went home Tuesday the 16th.  During the Stay at Primary Childrens Heidi came and stayed in a hotel with Adri And brought her to me every three hours. Mary Pearson paid for our stay in the hotel. So I would stay in the Hotel with Adri at night and Heidi stayed with Laci Wow she saved my life..  Alacia named the frog in the picture Froggy fruit roll up. Sydney Nakken helped her name it.

New to all of this!

Well a new goal I have is to write in my journal and I am hoping that this is a way I can keep track of the things we are doing.
Bryan is in a new semester at SUU. He wants to be a Spanish teacher and do some coaching with it. I am excited for him to finally be getting close to what he had originally planned to do 14 years ago. When Anniston was born we kind of got off course a bit but hey we have learned some things along the way. I think that Bry will be a great teacher.
We have lived in Cedar City UT for 2 years and we both really like it here. If a teaching position came available we would love to stay here. We bought the Bajio restaurant with Glenn and things are not going well with the business right now. The economy is not helping  one bit.... It seems like everyone that you talk to is having a hard time.
Alee recently had a birthday and is now 6. She loves school. The bus was a major highlight. She gets to ride wih Andi to school and then by herself to come home.Wow I think time just goes by faster every year.
Alacia has been home from the hospital for 2 and a half months and is doing great. Pneumonia was not her friend! She keeps us giggling all the time. We went to a basketball game and she saw the referee do the sign of traveling and said why is he doing wheels on the bus?
Ashlynn wow so tall! She is loving 6th grade and loving soccer. She is doing well in school and plays the violin but she doesn't like her teacher and wants to quit. I wish she would stick with it. She is also playing the piano.
Andalin is a in the second grade and loves her teacher. She is also taking piano and doing well. We need to work on the notes!
AdriAnn is getting way to big she is sitting up but doesn't have much of an opportunity to roll around and be on the floor much! Every time she is put down someone picks her up. She is a very happy baby though and we love having her here in our home.
